Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order to the contiguous 48 US states and Washington, DC. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or outside the US. Freight-size items cannot ship to PO boxes.
How long until my order ships?
Each product page shows its processing time in business days. Most items ship in 5 business days; the Hunting Blind Window Rain Guard ships in 10 business days. After it ships, transit takes about 3 to 5 business days.
When will my order arrive?
Add the item's processing time to about 3 to 5 business days of transit. Product pages and the cart show an estimated delivery window calculated from today in business days.
What is your return policy?
30-day returns from delivery on unused items in original packaging. No restocking fee. Customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Refunds in 5–10 business days. Damaged or defective items: contact us and we will make it right. Email orders@thehuntsupply.com.
How do I know which deer blind window fits my opening?
Cut to the opening listed for the exact window, not the size in its name. Hinged framed windows list a flush mount rough opening and, on most sizes, a recessed cutout. Flip up glass kits list a finished opening measured with the included gasket. Each product page shows its numbers, and you can email us your opening for a fit check.
What is the difference between a hinged framed window and a flip up glass kit?
A hinged framed window is a finished unit: tempered glass in a welded aluminum frame with weather stripping, pre-drilled holes and mounting hardware. A flip up glass kit is the tempered pane, gasket, hinges, magnetic pull and finger tabs without a frame, so you build the opening yourself. Both open into the blind and come in clear or 8 percent smoked tint.
Are your products made in the USA?
Many are, including our deer blind windows, blind doors, insulated box blinds, stair towers and tower brackets. Each product page states whether that item is made in the USA. A few items, such as the steel stair stringer kits and the wall tents, are imported.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payment is handled on Stripe's secure hosted checkout page, so your card details are entered with Stripe rather than on our site. Prices are always checked against our catalog on the server before your order is created.
Do you take larger orders for clubs, outfitters or multiple blinds?
Yes. Email orders@thehuntsupply.com with the items and quantities you need, or if you need more of an item than the cart allows, and we will reply with availability and shipping details.
